Help at Home is hiring a Program Coordinator (PC) with weekly pay! We are the nation’s leading provider of high-quality support services to clients with disabilities, aiming to enable clients to live as independently as possible.

Our organization prioritizes safety, providing priority vaccine access, quality PPE, and up-to-date training to protect clients, caregivers, and employees.

The Program Coordinator focuses on developing and implementing a Person-Centered Individual Support Plan (PCISP). This involves supervising employees, supporting clients, and maintaining communication with families, community resources, and funding agencies.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but work hours may vary to meet client needs.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

Person-Centered Support Planning

• Participate in planning processes and develop/support PCISP.
• Design and implement strategies to help clients reach their goals.

Quality Assurance

• Review documentation, report incidents, oversee staff and team leads.
• Communicate regularly with families, guardians, and support coordinators.
• Attend quarterly meetings and prepare annual updates.

Supervision & Training

• Coordinate staff trainings and behavior support plans.
• Provide direct support to clients as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulations, manage client benefits, and coordinate community resources.
• Handle scheduling, home visits, and billing oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience with clients with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
• Availability for crises and on-call rotation.
