About the position:
The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in the operations and relationship management of programs for our international medical students and graduates, as well as our US school partners. This position acts as a liaison with physicians and their administrators to ensure program quality, document collection, and vetting of eligibility requirements. Responsibilities include all essential administrative functions, such as program creation and maintenance, ensuring all program information is correct and up-to-date on AMO’s platform. The role also involves ensuring compliance with clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities, including screening immunization requirements, student documents, and other program documentation to meet standards.
While this position can be fully remote, candidates must reside in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama.
