Performs clerical/administrative responsibilities related to gift processing, correspondence, deposits, gift agreements, scholarship awards, travel preparation, processing reimbursements and other duties as assigned. Provides ongoing support of the Senior Director of Development with a focus on prospect identification and research and preparing related reports from prospect management system. Coordinates stewardship plans for an assigned portfolio of donors and coordinates related stewardship projects and events. Supports a variety of special events throughout the year to include meetings, receptions and dinners. Works in tandem with donors and volunteers on college outreach and development initiatives.
