Under general supervision, the role supports fundraising and alumni relations, performs gift processing, deposits, scholarship awards, and related reports, and collaborates with donors and volunteers on outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of experience in development/advancement, constituent relations, sales or sales support, public relations, higher education, nonprofit organizations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls and draft, proofread, and mail correspondence and other printed materials.
• Monitor and prepare weekly revenue reports and process deposits.
• Assist with travel plans and preparation; process reimbursements and track expenditures.
• Monitor departmental budget and deadlines; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate stewardship plans for assigned donors and support college outreach and events.
