CLEAResult seeks a Program Coordinator to support Western Pennsylvania communities, coordinating program delivery, data management, and reporting. Travel to outreach events and community engagements across the region is required.

You will ensure smooth operations, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer support by phone and in person. The candidate should be dependable with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in related roles.
• Associate degree preferred.
• DOT requirements may apply and must be met when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure timely communication and satisfaction.
• Support daily service operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in community events and meetings to engage the public and build relationships across Western Pennsylvania and surrounding counties.
