Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs. The role focuses on internal project coordination, data management, and process execution.

You will assist managers, auditors, technicians, and operations staff, manage schedules, maintain files, process payments, and ensure accuracy and compliance across CRM and utility portals. Strong organizational skills and 2-4 years of related experience are preferred; a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of project coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data entry, validation, reporting, and QA processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in commercial energy efficiency, utilities, or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track commercial energy efficiency projects from initiation through completion.
  • Support Technicians, Energy Auditors, Account Managers, Project Managers, and Operations staff with project logistics and administrative activities.
  • Review, verify, and maintain project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process project transactions and payments per program requirements and procedures.
  • Enter, maintain, validate, and audit data across multiple systems including CRM platforms and utility portals.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews to identify and resolve documentation and data errors.
  • Coordinate material ordering requests and track inventory.
  • Export and distribute predesigned reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and cross-functional project activities.
  • Attend staff meetings and complete special projects as assigned.
