Job summary

CLEAResult, based in Pennsylvania, is seeking an Operations Analyst to support program delivery through data management, metrics, and process improvement. The role requires building automated reports and Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, design efficient workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Occasional visits to the Philadelphia office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced skills in Power BI development and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas) are required.
• Experience building automated reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and merging large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends and performance drivers.
• Design, maintain, and improve workflows and business processes to increase efficiency.
• Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
• Create automated data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources.
• Assist with recurring/ad-hoc data collection to support analysis and performance tracking.
