Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler for our Project Controls department to support a major transportation infrastructure program in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. The role focuses on developing, analyzing, and maintaining complex schedules and communicating schedule status to project leadership and the client.

The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of scheduling experience, advanced CPM skills (preferably Primavera P6), and a strong ability to identify risks and impacts.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience in construction or program scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in CPM scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Strong understanding of critical path method, schedule logic, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction and program-level schedules using CPM scheduling software.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path review, schedule risk assessment, and identification of delays and impacts to milestones.
• Support baseline schedule development, schedule change evaluations, and claims avoidance.
• Prepare and maintain master program schedules that integrate multiple projects and work streams.
• Review and validate contractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and narratives to project leadership and clients.
