Job summary

The role supports program management, contracts, and procurement across federal, local, and commercial customers related to intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and IT systems. The successful candidate will manage documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate across engineering and management teams, with travel as needed and a path

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience, or 4+ with an Associate degree, or 0+ with a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel may be required.
• Federal/DoD contract experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on deliverables and contractual documentation.
• Maintain contract, proposal, and project documentation including repositories.
• Prepare and track employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
• Ensure contract compliance and assist with problem resolution (terms and conditions).
• Complete and track project deliverables for technical installation (reports, QA forms).
• Create/modify material lists, shipping docs, and track materials through the lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement and shipments with management and engineering teams.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, and product specifications.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement timelines.
