Job summary

California Department of Public Health seeks a Program Technician Supervisor to lead and supervise workflow for CNAs, HHAs, and CHts pursuing certification. The role manages the telephone information center and coordinates with program staff to ensure accurate status updates and procedures.

The position is hybrid with telework options, located in Sacramento County, and reports to the Supervising Program Technician II. State pay scales apply, with a base monthly salary between $4,375 and $5,482.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor workflow of CNAs, HHAs, and CHTs seeking certification.
• Oversee the telephone information center's ~4,000 monthly calls from CNAs, HHAs, administrators, instructors, legislators and state personnel.
• Work under the general direction of the Supervisor I.
