Job summary

County of Riverside is seeking a Behavioral Health Services Supervisor in Riverside, CA to oversee quality improvement and utilization review for outpatient Behavioral Health programs. The role requires a licensed professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) with at least two years post-licensure and prior supervisory experience.

The incumbent will manage QA activities, coordinate with state agencies, supervise staff, and lead training on clinical practices while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LCSW, LMFT or LPCC in California.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Supervisory/lead experience required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and utilization review for the Behavioral Health department.
• Coordinate with DHCS for state audits and reviews.
• Supervise staff and facilitate training on clinical practices.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities of one or more functional units within Behavioral Health services.
