The role involves reviewing administrative audits and investigative reports, and preparing reports on appraisal and leave programs to inform employees and managers of changes. It also requires evaluating program trends and taking action as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Responsibilities

• You will support and review administrative audits and investigative reports to determine appropriate corrective action.
• You will prepare reports and statistics on appraisal system information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.
• You will assist with evaluating trends in programs and take action to respond to those trends.
• You will prepare reports and statistics on leave program information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.
