Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support NAVSEA at the Washington Navy Yard. The role focuses on coordinating administrative, financial, and program-management activities, preparing reports for senior management, and maintaining NAVSEA instructions and correspondences.

On-site at the DC area, you will handle travel requests, meetings, minutes, and tracking action items, plus provide front-office support and SOP drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of professional experience in a financial or management discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating NAVSEA Instructions.
• Prepare reports and briefings for Senior Management in support of NAVSEA staff.
• Coordinate, schedule and participate in meetings, forums and other activities/events.
• Perform clerical duties and errands, such as sorting and sending mail, updating the NAVSEA key personnel directory, tracking and distributing taskers from official NAVSEA systems.
• Maintain files and apply records management guidelines in accordance with DON policy and directives.
• Update paperwork, maintain documents, and submit correspondence packages to stakeholders.
