Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining NAVSEA Instructions and DON Correspondence.
• Prepare reports and briefings for Senior Management.
• Coordinate meetings, draft agendas and record actions.
• Perform clerical duties including mail, directory updates and tasker distribution.
• Maintain records per DON policy and directional guidelines.
• Update documents and prepare correspondence packages for internal/external stakeholders.
• Analyze information and generate reports for administrative projects requiring technical input.
• Provide program management, financial and administrative support to NAVSEA’s Front Office.
• Attend NAVSEA Administrative Officer and Corporate Operations meetings and conferences.
• Provide reception, events coordination, travel arrangements and guest/logistics support.
• Package Naval correspondence, including unclassified/classified routing and filing.
• Prepare CONUS/OCONUS travel arrangements and DTS reimbursements.
• Draft SOPs and assist in leadership briefing material.
• Maintain action item tracking, weekly correspondence updates and KPI metrics.
