The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard; located in Kittery, ME, seeks a Management & Program Analyst in the Employee Services Branch (Code 1102.32) of the Administrative Services Division. You will support personnel management, review organizational structures, and help process personnel actions in a federal setting.
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at GS-05 or equivalent and demonstrate ability to interpret regulations relevant to personnel management.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the EMPLOYEE SERVICES BRANCH (CODE 1102.32), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
