Job summary

The Boeing Company, through Spirit AeroSystems, is seeking a Change Management Leader to oversee baseline control and change management activities within the PMO. You will chair CCB/PCCB, coordinate documentation, and drive change across the BCCM lifecycle. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or MBA, 2+ years’ related experience, and the ability to obtain U.S.

security clearance. Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years' related experience, or Master’s Degree/MBA and 0+ years' related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: degrees in Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for establishing, overseeing and coordinating program activities to implement BCCM processes in the PMO.
• Chair Change Control Board (CCB) and PCCB; set agendas, record minutes and manage change documentation.
• Maintain and audit change management processes and change records.
• Develop and implement Change Management Plans; monitor metrics and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate major/minor change requests across the BCCM lifecycle; communicate PCCB/CCB decisions.
• Analyze change data, ensure documentation complies with contractual requirements; identify and disposition changes.
