Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, KS, seeks a Change Management Leader within the Program Management Office. You will oversee Baseline Control, coordinate the Change Control Boards, and ensure compliant documentation across major change initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing change packages, coordinating assessments, and delivering standard metrics to the Program Manager and stakeholders. This role requires a clear strategic thinker with strong communication skills and security clearance

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' related experience or Master’s/MBA with 0+ years' related experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and coordination of Baseline Control and Change Management processes in the PMO.
• Chair Change Control Board (CCB) and Program Change Control Board (PCCB); manage meetings and documentation.
• Maintain and audit change management processes and change control records.
• Develop change management plans and report metrics to stakeholders.
