Job summary

STV Incorporated in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead the aviation capital program's change management. You will oversee processes, governance, and change-related decision making to ensure contractual compliance and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include evaluating cost, schedule, scope and risk impacts, administering change orders, and supporting commercial management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction, engineering, PM or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project controls experience in large capital programs.
• Minimum 5 years of direct change management leadership experience.
• Experience with aviation, transportation, infrastructure or large public-sector programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the project's change management program per contract requirements.
• Evaluate impacts to cost, schedule, scope and risk for proposed changes.
• Maintain and manage all Pending Change Orders and Change Orders and reporting.
• Support claims avoidance, dispute resolution and commercial management related to changes.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate change controls with cost management and earned value.
