The candidate will establish the program organization, WBS, cadence, and communication plans, while guiding change control and cost modeling. Union-represented position with aggressive performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or economics is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in business, administration or metric analysis are desired.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program business requirements and maintain the program baseline.
• Establish and maintain the program organization, WBS, cadence and reporting.
• Communicate program performance and maintain the Earned Value Management status.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan and change-control processes.
• Coordinate baselines, finances and resources for the program.
