Job summary

Collin College is seeking a program coordinator to support Workforce program and Field of Study outcomes, directing dean/associate dean/director and developing outreach and recruitment activities. You will provide career counseling, assist in placing students and graduates, and track progress to enhance student success.

The role involves strategies to help students progress toward completion or transfer, collaboration with SES and apprenticeship staff, and ongoing development of program pathways

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of post-secondary workforce education.
• Familiarity with SES and financial aid processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach and student recruitment activities.
• Provide career counseling and placement assistance.
• Track and report program health and student outcomes.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to support student success.
