Job summary

Collin College in Allen, Texas is hiring a part-time Outreach and Recruitment Specialist. In collaboration with the director of engineering, you will develop community outreach and student recruitment activities for workforce programs and provide tracking services to boost student success.

This role is grant-funded and subject to continued external funding; you will build partnerships with high schools, ISDs, colleges, and community organizations, manage marketing materials, and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
• Strong data tracking and reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with schools and community organizations.
• Ability to develop marketing materials for workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach and student recruitment activities targeting special populations and traditional students.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Services to deliver workforce program recruiting services.
• Create data collection systems to track recruited students.
• Engage with industry partners and high schools to promote programs.
• Attend events and maintain up-to-date marketing materials.
