Dallas College is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the development, delivery, and growth of Continuing Education and Workforce Development programs. You will coordinate with students, instructors, employers, and community partners to create high-quality non-credit opportunities that meet workforce needs.

In this role you’ll manage multiple projects, track outcomes, and travel locally as needed. A strong organizational approach and excellent communication are essential to helping students

• Knowledge of district policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication with students, instructors, employers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, evaluates, and develops continuing education or workforce courses and programs.
• Interacts daily with students and serves as a liaison between the college, community, company, and affiliated personnel.
• Reviews and participates in the development of the class schedule.
• Analyzes and evaluates training and recruitment for classes offered.
• Recruits and orients instructors regarding Dallas College policies and procedures.
• Maintains records and completes related reports.
