Collin College is seeking a program coordinator to support Workforce program and Field of Study outcomes, directing dean/associate dean/director and developing outreach and recruitment activities. You will provide career counseling, assist in placing students and graduates, and track progress to enhance student success.

We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Support Workforce program and highly-related Field of Study (FOS) program outcomes through the direction of dean/associate dean/director. Develop outreach and student recruitment activities, provide career counseling, assist in the career placement of students and graduates for programs, and provide tracking to enhance/document student success. Develop strategies to help students progress towards completion and/or to transfer to other degree plans.
Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the Sedentary Work category and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated Light Work. Positions in this class typically include talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions, plus stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Occasional physical effort required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of related experience. Knowledge of post-secondary workforce education. Licenses and Certifications Certification in relevant occupations preferred.

Compensation Type: Salary Employment Type: Full time Hiring Minimum $60,661.00 Hiring Maximum $73,977.50 Compensation is determined based on experience.
