Job summary

Boys & Girls Club in San Juan, PR is seeking a Service & Quality Coordinator to manage daily participant attendance, data entry, and program compliance. The role supports leaders across Health and Life Skills, Education, Recreation, Youth Development, and Career programs to improve quality and impact.

The coordinator will supervise front-line staff, maintain accurate records, and develop strategies to enhance participant retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration and one year of related experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Computer Information System or Office Systems with one year experience.
• Administrative— Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance records and updated data in the system.
• Ensure compliance with program proposals and retention strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in Operations.
• Develop community outreach to market the club and meet attendance targets.
• Prepare timely reports and provide program improvement suggestions.
