Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America seeks a Service & Quality Coordinator in San Juan, Puerto Rico to manage participant attendance, maintain data accuracy, and monitor compliance with subsidized operations. The role collaborates with health, education, recreation, youth development, and employability leaders to improve program quality and impact.

The coordinator will support retention strategies, coordinate community outreach, and ensure a safe, welcoming club environment while reporting to the Unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration with one year of related experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, CIS, or Office Systems with one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Register daily attendance and keep data updated in the system.
• Monitor compliance with program funding proposals and retention strategies.
• Provide guidance to leaders on program effectiveness, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate community activities to promote the club and engagement of participants.
