Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Head Start Teachers, ECE staff, and Floaters to ensure quality services.
• Coordinate onboarding Sessions for teachers, assistants, and floaters on curriculum expectations.
• Conduct classroom observations and performance monitoring for compliance with standards.
• Provide reflective supervision, coaching, and technical assistance to staff.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to strengthen classroom quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support child and family services.
