Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience or an Associate Degree in a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 programs such as OneDrive, OneNote and Teams.
• Strong organizational and accounting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support to the Office of Child Nutrition.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and grant payments; prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate with sponsors and school authorities on grants and program activities.
• Maintain records, compliance with procedures, and assist with data collection.
