Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Health Home site operations across multiple locations in Arizona. You will organize, coordinate, and monitor clinical workflows, manage reports and records, and ensure smooth administrative processes with the Site Manager.

The role involves coordinating intakes with the Clinical Assessor, managing staff schedules, and handling office and supply orders to keep the site running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or higher in related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of clerical/administrative experience preferred.
  • Valid identification required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at the CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations of the Health Home site, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities. The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules and facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager.

Skills/Requirements
  • Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Valid identification required.
