Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor to lead daily program operations, guide staff, and ensure policy compliance. The role includes direct service as needed, staff training, and coordinating with partners, while maintaining HMIS data quality and reporting.

The position emphasizes staff oversight, admissions and scheduling, and collaboration with funders to support service delivery within Arizona.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of one year recovery from substance use/mental health preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing required for Housing staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required for Housing staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program and provide guidance to staff.
• Provide direct service to members when needed and assist with staffing/shadowing for QA.
• Coordinate with community partners and participate in meetings with the funder as needed.
• Ensure HMIS data quality, complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes.
• Represent the program positively and support continuous staff development.

Job Summary

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, providing guidance and directions to assigned staff including but not limited to training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct service to members as needed, participating in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance purposes. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for positively representing the program and agency, providing coordination between various community partners, assisting with program presentations, and participating in meetings with the funder when determined necessary. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the data quality of the HMIS entries, ensuring staff complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes as indicated in the program specific desktop procedures. The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff thoroughly document their efforts according to CBI Policy and Procedure and is responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS reports.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of one year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable)
