Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, guide staff, schedule, verify skills, and ensure policy adherence while delivering direct service when needed.

The role also involves coordinating with community partners, presenting to funders, and maintaining HMIS data quality, staff communication, and thorough documentation in line with CBI policies. Strong supervisory and QA skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health is required.
• Six months recovery from substance use or mental health preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing required for Housing staff.
• Clear 39-month MVR required for Housing staff.
• BHT certification per policy requirements; varies by program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff guidance.
• Provide staff training, scheduling, and competency verification.
• Deliver direct services when needed to support members.
• Coordinate with community partners and funders as required.
• Assist with program presentations and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and proper documentation per policy.

Program Supervisor

Job Summary

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the program, providing guidance and directions to assigned staff including but not limited to training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct service to members as needed, participating in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance purposes. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for positively representing the program and agency, providing coordination between various community partners, assisting with program presentations, and participating in meetings with the funder when determined necessary. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the data quality of the HMIS entries, ensuring staff complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes as indicated in the program specific desktop procedures. The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff thoroughly document their efforts according to CBI Policy and Procedure and is responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS reports.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable)
