Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage day-to-day program operations, guide staff, schedule training, and ensure policy adherence. The role includes direct service to members and coordination with community partners as needed.

The supervisor will also monitor HMIS data quality, staff documentation, and participate in funder meetings. A valid AZ driver’s license and relevant behavioral health background are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in behavioral health is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders for at least 12 months is preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing is required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for Housing program staff.
• CBI Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and guide assigned staff on training, scheduling, and policy adherence.
• Provide direct service to members as needed and participate in staffing for QA purposes.
• Represent the program and agency in meetings with community partners and funders as required.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and staff complete daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes.
• Review staff documentation to ensure compliance with policy and procedure.

Job Summary

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, providing guidance and direction to assigned l staff including but not limited to training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct service to members as needed, participating in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance purposes. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for positively representing the program and agency, providing coordination between various community partners, assisting with program presentations, and participating in meetings with the funder when determined necessary. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the data quality of the HMIS entries, ensuring staff complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes as indicated in the program specific desktop procedures. The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff thoroughly document their efforts according to CBI Policy and Procedure and is responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS reports.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable)
