Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at assigned site/programs. The role focuses on housing access and income stability for members, guiding staff and ensuring quality care across teams.

Responsibilities include tracking client paperwork, referrals, and producing leadership reports. Growth opportunities exist within CBI's expanding behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
• Lived recovery experience preferred (mental health/substance use).
• Data management including Excel proficiency preferred.
• BHT certification required per policy.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing; clear 39-month MVR.

Job Summary

The Community Bridges, Inc., (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day to day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The Program manager’s primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic. The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Skills/Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. With one (1) year of management experience, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting or a Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to behavioral health.
• 1-3 year of experience in the behavioral health required
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred.
• Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures, is required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
