Job summary

Sellers & Associates LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support project planning, coordination, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across client programs. You will help develop strategies to meet contractual requirements and organizational goals while ensuring deliverables align with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of related experience preferred
• Experience supporting DHS/DoD clients is a plus
• Strong editing, grammar, punctuation and style attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to compile, analyze, and present technical and financial information
• Experience with DoD or DHS acquisition processes is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives
• Collaborate with team to compile and interpret technical, written, and financial data
• Participate in strategic planning to execute project plans
• Prepare reports and recommendations by collecting and analyzing information
• Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by handling sensitive data
• Follow up on action items and close projects
• Support senior leadership on engagement management
• Research value-based outcomes and assist outreach activities
• Interface professionally with Coast Guard senior leaders
