Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant program analyst or operational support experience.
• Ability to work independently and take products from concept to completion with minimal direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder briefings and leadership updates.
• Advanced writing skills with experience drafting SOPs, policies, reports and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and produce program deliverables with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate reviews and ensure submissions meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards.
• Support program operations through meeting facilitation, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide clear verbal and written updates to government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Develop and deliver briefings, status updates, talking points, and decision-ready materials.
• Support meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow-through.
• Assess processes, workflows, and documentation to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Support the development of streamlined procedures, automated workflows, and enhanced documentation tools.
• Assist with gathering and analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendations.
• Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs, process maps, guides, and policy documents.
• Develop high-quality presentations, storyboards, and executive-level decks.
• Support knowledge capture and organization across shared systems and repositories.
