Job summary

Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support the MAR JPO at Warner Robins AFB, GA, or Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This full-time role develops and maintains integrated master schedules and conducts manpower analysis.

The position requires US citizenship, a Secret-level clearance, and seven years of scheduling experience; advanced skills in MS Project and MS Office; strong analytical abilities and excellent coordination across DoD programs.

Qualifications

  • Citizenship: US citizen required.
  • Clearance: Secret-level clearance required and maintained.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7 years of program scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated master schedules with resource loading.
  • Conduct manpower analysis and forecast requirements.
  • Coordinate with DoD aircraft platforms for integration schedules.
  • Produce schedule status reports and briefings for reviews.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Overview

Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert program analysis and scheduling support across multiple GPS User Equipment programs, developing and maintaining integrated master schedules and conducting manpower analysis.

This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), with telework capability for local candidates.

Responsibilities
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development
  • Develop and manage program/project integrated master schedules with resource lo ad ing
  • Maintain JSSMO resource-assigned IMS across all programs
  • Develop cross-platform, receiver, and weapons integration master schedules
  • Coordinate schedule dependencies and critical path analysis
  • Update schedules based on fact-of-life changes and program updates
Program Analysis
  • Conduct schedule-based analysis for manpower needs and resource allocation
  • Provide near-real-time assessments of projected manpower requirements
  • Develop schedule excursions and "what-if" analysis for decision support
  • Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Track program milestones and deliverable schedules
Aircraft Integration Scheduling
  • Coordinate with DoD aircraft platforms to identify integration schedules
  • Develop platform, receiver, antenna, and weapons integration ro ad m aps
  • Create resource-lo ad ed IMS showing planned aircraft OFP cycle upgr ad es
  • Show key upgr ad e timing and schedule options based on aircraft OFP plans
  • Coordinate Integration Working Group schedules and meetings
Manpower Analysis
  • Develop manpower estimates for PNT Program Office
  • Maintain manpower modeling worksheets and tools
  • Produce functional allocation estimates (PM, EN, PK, FM, LG) for each project
  • Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input preparation
  • Update manpower models based on program changes
Reporting
  • Prepare schedule status reports and briefings
  • Maintain acquisition trackers and program schedules
  • Support Monthly Status Report preparation
  • Provide schedule data for program reviews and milestone decisions
Qualifications
Minimum Experience

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret-level clearance

Education: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: 7 years of program scheduling experience

Additional Experience
  • Expert proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with resource-lo ad ed scheduling and critical path analysis
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition schedules and milestones
  • Experience with GPS/GNSS or aircraft programs preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple organizations
Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
