Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support MAR JPO at Warner Robins AFB, GA, with telework for local candidates. You will develop and manage IMS and perform manpower analysis across GPS User Equipment programs, coordinating with DoD platforms and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program scheduling, strong MS Project/MS Office skills, and DoD acquisition knowledge, with secret clearance preferred. Telework capability offered for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: Secret-level clearance, active or ability to obtain.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Years of Experience: 7 years of program scheduling experience.
• Experience with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated master schedules with resource loading.
• Perform manpower analysis and provide near real-time assessments.
• Coordinate integration schedules for aircraft platforms and equipment.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and schedule risks with mitigation plans.
• Prepare schedule status reports and briefings for reviews.
