Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support the MAR JPO at Warner Robins AFB, GA or Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with resource loading across GPS/GNSS programs.
• Conduct manpower analysis and provide near-real-time assessments of manpower needs.
• Coordinate integration schedules for DoD aircraft platforms and receiver/antenna integration.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies; track milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare schedule status reports, trackers, and briefings for program reviews.

Overview

Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst/Scheduler to support theM-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This position provides expert program analysis and scheduling support across multiple GPS User Equipment programs, developing and maintainingintegrated master schedules and conductingmanpoweranalysis.

This is a full-time positionlocated at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), with telework capability for local candidates.

Responsibilities

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Development:

• Develop and manage program/project integrated master schedules with resource loading
• Maintain JSSMO resource-assigned IMS across all programs
• Develop cross-platform, receiver, and weapons integration master schedules
• Coordinate schedule dependencies and critical path analysis
• Update schedules based on fact-of-life changes and program updates

Program Analysis:

• Conduct schedule-based analysis formanpowerneeds and resource allocation
• Provide near-real-time assessments of projectedmanpowerrequirements
• Develop schedule excursions and "what-if" analysis for decision support
• Identifyschedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Track program milestones and deliverable schedules

Aircraft Integration Scheduling:

• Coordinate with DoD aircraft platforms to identify integration schedules
• Develop platform, receiver, antenna, and weapons integration roadmaps
• Create resource-loaded IMS showing planned aircraft OFP cycle upgrades
• Show key upgrade timing and schedule options based on aircraft OFP plans
• Coordinate Integration Working Group schedules and meetings

ManpowerAnalysis:

• Developmanpowerestimates for PNT Program Office
• Maintainmanpowermodeling worksheets and tools
• Produce functional allocation estimates (PM, EN, PK, FM, LG) for each project
• Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) input preparation
• Updatemanpowermodels based on program changes

Reporting:

• Prepare schedule status reports and briefings
• Maintainacquisition trackers and program schedules
• Support Monthly Status Report preparation
• Provide schedule data for program reviews and milestone decisions

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

• Expert proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and critical path analysis

• Experience with GPS/GNSS or aircraft programs preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple organizations
