Job summary

DTSV, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support USCIS, OSI, LMD, managing the personal property program, excessing, disposal, and property accountability across the agency, including fleet, transit subsidy, and mail operations.

This full-time role in Camp Springs, MD focuses on technical writing, reporting, and IT/database analysis; duties include creating process maps, SOPs, requirements, and ad-hoc analyses to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Associate degree or higher.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years in emergency management and safety/security disciplines.
• 2+ years in program management, business process remodeling/reengineering and project leadership.
• Ability to meet health requirements and pass background checks.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic reports and presentations from multiple sources.
• Draft branch documentation such as SOPs and user manuals.
• Create ad-hoc reports and project plans for key processes.
• Map processes with flow diagrams and charts for branch priorities.
• Draft requirements for future IT system development.
• Research branch reporting and database systems and analyze options.
