DTS is seeking a Program Analyst to support USCIS, OSI, and LMD in managing the personal property program, fleet vehicles, transit subsidies, and mail operations. The role emphasizes technical writing, data analysis, and IT system planning to improve branch processes.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, drafting SOPs, creating process maps, and performing ad-hoc data analysis, with onsite work at a government facility in Camp Springs, MD. U.S. citizenship is required and PMP is preferred.
The Program Analyst supports the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Security and Integrity (OSI), Logistics Management Division (LMD), which manages the USCIS personal property program, responsible for the excessing and disposal of USCIS personal property and maintains accountability of USICS property across the agency. LMD also oversees the USCIS fleet vehicle program; and manages the USCIS Transit Subsidy Program, and USCIS mail operations.
