About the Role

Commonwealth Strategic Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Program Analyst to support innovative digital health initiatives within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role supports a fast-paced environment focused on improving healthcare delivery through emerging technologies, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and program management support.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help drive projects forward. While experience supporting VHA or other federal healthcare organizations is a plus, we’re equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and a “figure-it-out” mindset.

What You’ll Do
