Job summary

SageSure is seeking a Program Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within its Commercial team. You will gather requirements, document processes, validate solutions, and support strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in P&C insurance, strong communication, and willingness to travel ~10–15% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably within Commercial Insurance.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams ininsurance workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10–15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, and supporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and solution design teams to ensure requirements are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Review and validate requirements with stakeholders for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with QA teams to support testing and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support documentation and refinement of business processes and system capabilities.
• Build relationships through virtual collaboration and in-person sessions; facilitate discussions across time zones.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of requirements management and documentation standards.
• Support implementation activities, issue resolution, and post-launch follow-up.
