Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirements docs, process flows, user stories, and artifacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to align requirements with objectives.
• Review requirements for accuracy, completeness, and alignment.
• Support QA with testing and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements and better UX.
• Document and refine business processes and system capabilities.
• Lead workshops and sessions across locations and time zones.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
