All Native Group is seeking a Program Analyst to coordinate administrative and program actions for successful delivery of courses within assigned training programs. The role supports budget and finance for proper accountability and ensures QM processes are followed.

The position is full-time and on-site at NFATC in Arlington, VA, requiring travel up to 25% and a Secret clearance. Strong organization and collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) years progressively responsible administrative experience; in lieu of degree, at least ten (10) years of progressive administrative experience.
• Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with project management applications such as Microsoft Project, preferred.
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Office365).
• Knowledge of training course administration/logistics and data analysis/visualization is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate student enrollment processes, travel and lodging arrangements.
• Check rosters weekly and email class prep and scheduling information.
• Prepare and track travel funding cables.
• Support facilities, instructors, and classroom materials logistics.
• Maintain attendance records, student files, and course evaluations.
• Serve as primary liaison with Registrar for enrollment/training issues.
• Prepare status reports on funding, schedules, and enrollment.
• Review training plans for compliance with regulations and completeness.
• Assist with budget processes and travel/per diem estimates.
• Travel up to 25% for program support and training site coverage.
