Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Analyst IV to provide program and financial analysis support. The role requires active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship, with extensive Navy ERP experience and strong cost-analysis skills.

Hybrid work arrangement will support on-site and telework as needed. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with ten years of relevant work history in S&T or R&D programs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of Navy ERP experience.
• Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of verifiable business and financial support experience for S&T and/or R&D missions, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of such experience.
• Five (5) years of experience extracting and organizing cost analysis information for technical programs.

Scope of Work

Provides program and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32 organizations with S&T missions, including cost analysis, funds tracking, and spend plan development. Responds to data calls and supports program reviews.
