Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Program Analyst to coordinate administrative and program actions to ensure successful delivery of courses within the assigned training program(s). The role involves budgeting, travel coordination, reporting, and liaison with program managers, registrar staff, instructors, and students.

The position is full-time, on-site in Arlington, VA, at NFATC within DTET, with travel up to 25% and a focus on compliance and efficient program support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of progressive administrative experience.
• Secret clearance is required.

• On-site in Arlington, VA with possibility of travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course enrollment, travel, and lodging for students.
• Check rosters weekly and email scheduling information to prospective students.
• Prepare and track travel funding cables per procedures.
• Support logistics for instruction delivery: facilities, instructors, materials, and orientations.
• Maintain attendance, student records, and class documents per SOPs.
• Act as primary contact with Registrar to resolve enrollment and training issues.
• Coordinate activities with Program Managers, Registrar staff, instructors, students, and stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports on funding, schedules, and enrollment.
• Review training plans for compliance with US Government regulations.
• Participate in annual budget process and prepare cost estimates for training.
