Job summary

JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC seeks a Program Analyst III to support the Pentagon Services Division and Parking Management Office under WHSPSDPMO. You will provide technical and analytical support, manage parking permits and clearances, and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings for government stakeholders.

Required is experience with the WHSPSD Appian platform, the ability to obtain Appian Analyst Certification within a year, and strong communication, analytical, and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required; program/project management experience preferred.
• Experience with WHSPSD Appian platform Parking Management System is required or strongly desired.
• Ability to obtain Appian Analyst Certification within one year, or substitution with Appian Associate Developer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for parking systems, resolving issues and assisting users.
• Oversee lifecycle of parking permits and clearances, including issuance and renewals.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with developers and agency representatives to elevate issues and drive solutions.
• Create user guides and training materials; gather user feedback to improve UX.

Job Title Program Analyst III Internal Only Locations Pentagon VA Clearance Requirements NA

What you will be doing

This position will support the Washington Headquarters Services Pentagon Services Division and Parking Management Office WHSPSDPMO PMO supports PSD and other local and federal governmental organizations with technical and customer support that integrate the operational policy and business aspects of the Parking Management operations

Duties will include

• permit and clearance issuance
• conducting thorough data analysis to support PMO objectives
• preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and briefings
• direct programming assistance to the client project manager and the tenants located within the Pentagon Mark Center Building and Suffolk Building

Requirements

• Provide technical operational and analytical mission support for the Pentagon Services Directorate PSD and Parking Management Office PMOServe as the primary point of contact for parking related inquiries from component representatives callers and visitors providing service via email phone and in person
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of parking permits and parking clearances including issuance renewal and revocation
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical supports troubleshooting hardware software and network issues resolving access challenges and supporting seamless system navigation
• Assist with system administration tasks including account creation and access resets
• Manage incident resolution by logging tracking and resolving help desk support tickets in a timely manner
• Collaborate with developers and agency representatives to elevate and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed project reports briefs and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders
• Engage with application users to gather feedback for enhancing the user experience
• Contribute to the development of user guides FAQs and training materials

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience with WHSPSD Appian platform Parking Management System
• Ability to obtain Appian Analyst Certification within one year
• Can substitute for Appian Associate Developer Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• The ability to effectively communicate understand customer needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Strong research and analytic skills with the ability to collect organize interpret and disseminate large significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills including presenting findings to management and executive level
• Proficiency with Appian Parking Management System PMS
• Proficiency with Microsoft products specifically creating briefs using PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrated experience conducting research organizing information and preparing written reports and visual presentations
• Preference is given to candidates with experience in Appian Parking Management System

Education

Bachelors degree or associates degree and prior experience working in a program andor project management environment
