Job summary
JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC seeks a Program Analyst III to support the Pentagon Services Division and Parking Management Office under WHSPSDPMO. You will provide technical and analytical support, manage parking permits and clearances, and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings for government stakeholders.
Required is experience with the WHSPSD Appian platform, the ability to obtain Appian Analyst Certification within a year, and strong communication, analytical, and presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree required; program/project management experience preferred.
- Experience with WHSPSD Appian platform Parking Management System is required or strongly desired.
- Ability to obtain Appian Analyst Certification within one year, or substitution with Appian Associate Developer Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for parking systems, resolving issues and assisting users.
- Oversee lifecycle of parking permits and clearances, including issuance and renewals.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with developers and agency representatives to elevate issues and drive solutions.
- Create user guides and training materials; gather user feedback to improve UX.
