Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Program Analyst II (NS) in the Division of Child and Family Well-Being to oversee evaluation and compliance activities related to early intervention services. You will coordinate data collection and analysis, develop improvement plans, and inform policy decisions to enhance program quality at the state level.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to EI Section Office planning and evaluation of program compliance, quality, and improvement.
• Coordinate, direct, and manage projects and tasks with focus on data collection, analysis, and results.
• Develop and implement detailed plans for improvement and evaluation activities; present findings to stakeholders.
• Supervise two Data Consultants and coordinate with the Deputy Director for system-wide initiatives.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and presentations as needed by funders or programs.
