State of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Program Analyst II (NS) to oversee EI Section Office planning and evaluation, guiding data-driven improvements. You will coordinate projects, analyze outcomes, and ensure alignment with federal regulations and CDSA policies.

The role requires advanced analytical and communication skills, with experience in early intervention and cross-agency collaboration to support system-wide quality improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and five (5) years of progressive experience related to the area of assignment.
• Advanced analytical and consultative skills are required to lead evaluation efforts and inform policy decisions.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and facilitate data-informed discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight to EI Office planning and evaluation of program compliance, quality, and improvement.
• Coordinate, direct, and manage projects with focus on data collection, analysis, and results.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for improvement and ensure adherence to funds and federal grant requirements.
• Present information, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with inter-agency partners and stakeholders.
