Qualifications

• Program Analyst I–III require varying education/experience aligned with role level.
• Experience with EVMS is preferred and required for some levels.
• Familiarity with DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS is expected.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and reporting tools is important.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with assigned duties.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses focusing on Budget/Risk Analysis using EVMS techniques.
• Plan, establish and review contracts, programs, policies and procedures; research contract issues.
• Analyze contract performance matters and provide recommendations.
• Update and monitor overhead budgets and financial data.
• Collect, analyze and report data for management and milestones.
• Make recommendations based on data-driven analyses.
